A veteran of both military and legal service, Natalie’s journey began as a Naval Intelligence Officer, where she honed her analytical and leadership skills aboard the U.S.S. Roosevelt and later at the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff think tank. Transitioning to law, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law and began her career as a public defender, fiercely advocating for indigent clients and securing numerous legal victories.
Natalie has been a key player in landmark civil rights and wrongful death cases, including Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd, shaping national conversations on justice and accountability. Her expertise extends to mass tort litigation, personal injury law, and high-profile civil rights advocacy, making her a formidable force in the courtroom and beyond.
An educator and mentor, Natalie has served as an Adjunct Professor at Florida A&M University College of Law, teaching Trial Practice, Evidence, and Negotiations. She is also a dedicated member of professional and community organizations, including the National Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, NAACP, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
